about

«I´ve been hung up on the expression “it came to pass”. Such a conclusive way of describing how things happen. Arriving and passing. I don't believe events follow along these lines. An event doesn’t necessarily disappear after it has occurred. It may live on in the form of an afterthought or an impression in an individual experiencing it, which may lead the individual to think or act differently. This might again make an impression on other individuals. And so forth.

In this way a single event has the potential to set off chain reactions in the minds and ways of people. “Coming to pass” is a result of experiences and music that has made an impression on me in recent years. It is a reflection over events and an homage to my inspirations. Will this music continue to live on after we are done listening to it? Or will it simply come to pass?” AS
